RETAIL DOMINATION
Cydcor's "Retail" division has grown so large and is growing so rapidly that they had to have their own individual "Keys to Success" conference. On February 22, 2017 Cydcor, the recognized leader of outsourced face-to-face sales, held their annual retail-focused "Keys to Success" conference in Charlotte, NC. Each year, Cydcor and its network of sales offices and leaders come together to build on their excellent business skills, jump-start the year with new relationships and ideas, and recognize top performers. Organizational Consultant Chris Auwarter enthusiastically led the event as the general session host, and Organizational Consultants Andy Breuninger and Sabastian Enges co-hosted the awards dinner. With the event aimed at creating excitement for the year ahead, and reinforcing best practices in the business, as well as opportunities to earn recognition, various employees were recognized for their tremendous achievements. Sabastian Enges was the Promoting Owner Bonus Winner, and Meaghan Maloney and Ana Ellison were the NFL Recruiter Contest Winners. The Operation Smile Raffle was an epic success raising over $12,000! Winner David Espinal won a trip to L.A. to visit Gary and the Cydcor office.
